HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON www.jennybee.fr ?
Simply browse our online store, select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been validated.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER CONFIRMATION?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Delivery
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer standard and express delivery within France and selected European countries. Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the option chosen and your location. For worldwide shipping, costs vary by destination.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for more comfort.
